Also known as Blue Circle Cement, Dunstable, and the Houghton Regis Cement Works. It closed down in 1971.

Road: A5 - From the A5, north of Dunstable, turn onto the A5120 for Houghton Regis. Continue along Houghton Road past the college and lake until you reach Millers Way. +

This location is private and has no or limited access only. It is possible to get a good view across the quarry from waste ground between Miller's Way and a public footpath to a nearby lake.

Ecomold (Terror of the Autons). Road (2.0 miles, 6m) : Turn right out of Miller's Way onto Houghton Road. Turn left onto the A5 towards Dunstable, and then turn left at the junction with the A505. Once you pass under the railway bridge the factory will be on the right-hand side. Parking The A505 is a main road and there is no parking available; there is a road to the side of the factory that you can park on.

Zouches Farm Relay Station (Terror of the Autons). Road (3.5 miles, 8m) : Turn right out of Miller's Way onto Houghton Road. Turn left onto the A5 towards Dunstable. Pass the A505 and continue on out of Dunstable until you reach some traffic lights, signposted Caddington. Turn left into Dunstable Road, passing the school on the left, and then the farm road will be next on the left. Parking Roadside, by the gates into Zouches Farm (you can then walk up the farm road, which is a public footpath.

Totternhoe Lime and Stone Co Ltd (Terror of the Autons). Road (4.3 miles, 9m) : Turn right out of Miller's Way onto Houghton Road. Turn right onto the A5, and then left at the roundabout onto the A505. Follow this until you reach the next main left turning (Totternhoe). Turn left and then left again and follow Stanbridge Road until the 30mph zone, and then turn left onto Knoll's View. The works are at the end of the road. Parking Roadside
