Formerly known as Hynix Semiconductors

Hynix (formerly Hyundai Electronics) is a South Korean company who manufacture a number of semiconductor products, including DRAM and flash memory. Their South Wales site housed some 756000 square feet of space, but has now been sold off.

Planning permission has been granted to Next Generation Data to convert the old building into a new data centre.
