Formerly known as Bura and Hardwick
Robert Bura and John Hardwick were animators long associated with children's television, having started out working for the BBC Puppet Theatre in 1956. There they met Gordon Murray, with whom they were later to make the famous Trumptonshire trilogy of series for Watch With Mother. They were based in a studio at a former church of the Agapemonite sect (later shared and then bought by band The Eurythmics).
The building is now formally known as the Church Studios.
