Built in 1963 and originally known as Vickers Tower, the 118 metre high building is now a number of offices, and has had many auspicious residents in the past including the United Nations!
This location is private and has no or limited access only. There is a Pizza Express and small cafe which are open during the day where you can sit within the car parking area.
