Pen and Wig (pub)
1 Park Grove, Cathays, Cardiff, CF10 3BJ, Wales

Originally an Opthalmists, the building was converted into a pub in 1994. The name reflects the large number of legal practices in the area.

The pub was used in an alternative scene from when Jack explains Torchwood to Gwen and slips her some retcon.
