St Crispin's Hospital
Berrywood Road, Duston, Northampton, NN5 6UH
(whereabouts of filming unconfirmed)
St. Crispin's Hospital opened in the 1876 as the Berrywood Asylum. It remained a psychiatric hospital until its closure in 1995. The hospital grounds and buildings have now been redeveloped into a residential estate.
The map location is for the former hospital grounds only, the place where filming for the mortuary scenes and Chang's dressing room is unknown. There is a picture of a derelict mortuary at the site on the County Asylums page below ... could that have been where they filmed?
