Trent Park: Wisteria Walk
Trent Park, Middlesex
Wisteria Walk is the name for the pink marble pergola that runs along the east side of the Walled Garden at the Trent Park mansion. It was built around 1914 as part of a landscape gardening plan by then owner Philip Sassoon The walk as featured in Mawdryn Undead was destroyed during the storm of 1987 and subsequently rebuilt by English Heritage; it was again destroyed in 2004 and rebuilt in 2005.
29 Apr 2014: In 2013 the site of the former Middlesex University, which includes the mansion house, was sold to Malaysia’s Allianze University College of Medical Sciences. Access to the site is currently prohibited, and it isn't clear if this will change in the future.

Walk: Trent Park House - From the front of the house, turn left and follow the road clockwise, and then the path leading east in front of the clocktower. Once you pass through the hedged gardens, turn right and walk through the Long Garden until you reach Wisteria Walk. +

Trent Park: Nursery (Mawdryn Undead). Head out of the Walk and turn left, following the path to the nursery.

Trent Park: Spine Road (Mawdryn Undead). Head out of the Walk and turn right into the car park. Walk across to the road exit at the far side and this leads into the spine road.

Trent Park: Stables (Mawdryn Undead). Head out of the Walk and continue along the path. Then turn left through the bush and out in front of the old stables.
