Wapping Pier Head
Wapping High Street, London

Wapping Pier Head was originally designed to be a row of townhouses for the many rich merchants who made their fortune from the London Dock established at Wapping in the 19th Century. The houses overlooked a lock leading into the dock, which was still in use at the time Doctor Who was filmed here. However, the entire dock went through urban regeneration during the 1990s and is now residential, not to mention home to the News International buildings.
