Built in 1906, it was desigend by John Parkinson (also responsible for ). After recent renovation work its rooms have now converted into residential flats. The Company of Angels, L.A.'s oldest repertory theatre, is also based there, and the lobby now contains "The Gorbals" restaurant, plus Bar107's "The Down and Out" bar on the corner. The Mezzanine level is also available as office space.
