Road: A1 - Take the A1 to Stamford, and then exit at the junction with the A606 and head towards Oakham. Turn left onto the road to Hambleton, and then follow this into the village. +

Where to walk

walk out of the village, past the pub. The cycle path is on the right, just outside the village, and this leads down quite steeply onto the ridge.
