Trent Park House (front)
Trent Park, Middlesex
Trent Park House was first built by Royal Physician Richard Jebb, who was awarded the estate in 1777 by King George III. Subsequent owners expanded the house further until the time of Sir Philip Sassoon, the last major owner during the first half of the 20th Century. The house was then used as an interogation centre during the Second World War, and then became an education centre, until of Middlesex Polyechnic in 1974. It is a Grade II listed building.
29 Apr 2014: In 2013 the site of the former Middlesex University, which includes the mansion house, was sold to Malaysia’s Allianze University College of Medical Sciences. Access to the site is currently prohibited, and it isn't clear if this will change in the future.

In one of the usual tricks of filming, it appears that Turlough drives the car away from the school along its drive and then out of the school gates, where in reality the 'gates' are in fact twenty yards further back by the side of the mansion!
