Formerly known as Fish Street Rates Offices
The building was built as a warehouse in 1900 by Malcolm Inglis and Company, a leather and hide importer whose main offices were in Glasgow. It was later used by various local government departments, which included the rates office used by . Having also spent some time as a pub it was ultimately bought by Savills and has now been converted into flats, with the ground floor used for retail (as of 2010 there is a Subway there).
