Millicent Street
Cardiff, Wales
Millicent Street used to be small service street running between Cardiff's Cineworld Cinema and an NCP Car Park. With the development of the new St. David's Shopping Centre, half of the road has been lost, and the rest remains private at the back of the cinema.

"The original aerial angle isn't possible as the new St. David's 2 shopping centre car park isn't laid out in quite the same way as the old old NCP Tredegar car park, which the episode utilised."
