St David's Market
St David's Hall, Cardiff

St David's Market was a small local market tucked away behind The Hayes and Barrack Lane. Cardiff Council decided in 2006 to build a new residential area in the location, and the the market has been relocated elsewhere.

The market was demolished by July 2007, and as of July 2008 the area is still blocked off, the Works Offices having occupied the market area.

"The building on the left of the bridge looks to be pretty permanent, so that'll be the end of the market area completely now."
